Academy Program
The Academy program offers players additional morning skates in a skill development atmosphere, three days per week. These skates take place in the morning, and are popular for the Rattlers players, along with local U16 or U18 prospects. Details on the additional cost are available at request.
Check out our On-Ice & Off-Ice Training Schedule details below.
Living / Billeting
Over the years, the Rattlers have been very fortunate to attract fantastic billets for all of our players. All potential billets are interviewed by the team and must submit an official police record check to qualify as billets. The team tries to find homes that will house 2-3 players in order to make the transition more comfortable for each new Rattler member.
Each player is responsible to pay their billet family the agreed upon billet fee on the 1st of every month. The team also have a few apartments available for older players that might prefer to live alone; however, this is also subject to management approval.
The Rattlers only travel by Coach Bus to games and all hotel stays are included in the program.

Official Summer Training Camp
The EP Summer Hockey Camp is the official summer training camp of the Bradford Rattlers. The EP Showcase Camp offers our players and prospects world-class coaching, skills development and tournament showcases. For over a decade, the EP Showcase has been a key to our organizations success giving our players a head start to the season. The EP Showcase is one of the top AAA and Junior level showcases in Canada.
Life Away From The Rink
Being located just 30 minutes from Toronto offers our players the opportunity to have fun and be social away from the rink! Many teammates enjoy exploring the Hockey Hall of Fame, Niagara Falls, NHL/OHL Games and more! We also take school and team visits to University Teams.
