Rattlers Split Weekend

The Bradford Rattlers split this past weekend -- falling to the Tottenham Steam and defeating the Alliston Coyotes. The Rattlers now sit 4-3-0 in the middle of the South Division.

The second half of the Home-and-Home series between the Steam and Rattlers went in favour of Tottenham Saturday. Despite opening the game with a 4-1 lead, Bradford could not hold on eventually losing 7-4. Goal scorers for on the night included: Lindbom, Willenborg, Larsson and Hoglund.

RattNation returned home Sunday to host the Alliston Coyotes. Sebastian Hoglund's four point performance was crucial in the 4-1 victory. Hoglund was the games second star. Elmar Trautman played outstanding in goal, making 30 saves and was named the first star of the game. Also finding the back of the net included: Grawbarger and Swedish forward Oscar Lande .

Making his debut this weekend was defenceman Peter Kumlin who will wear #16.
