(Bradford, ON, Oct. 7, 2014)

The Bradford Rattlers are very pleased to announce that veteran defenseman Brandon Scott will be returning to the lineup for the 2014-2015 season. Scott has spent parts of two seasons with the Sudbury Wolves in the OHL and the last three years with the Bradford Rattlers.

Scott is a 6'3", 21 year old defenseman that will solidify the back end for the Rattlers.

Brandon was part of the Russell Cup Champion and undefeated 42-0-0 squad back in 2012-2013. During the playoffs, Scott had 19 points in just 16 games to lead the Rattlers to the championship.

Brandon's brothers Will and Aaron both played for the Rattlers previously as well.

"I am really excited to have him on board, he will bring some experience and stability to our back line. The main thing is he is a competitor, we need that in our lineup. Guys who will compete." Said Head Coach Sylvain Cloutier.
